To start this side mission you must enter the "Free Ride" mode and read a Letter from a Friend on the pool table at Salieri's Bar to unlock the phone booth. If it's not there, advance the story a little further.

Dear friend,

I have been watching you for some time. You possess a ferocious spirit and are a man of great potential. I am seeking a partner, somebody who shares my taste for freedom and disorder.

If you want to learn more, head to the most westerly point in Little Italy and listen out for a bell.

Objectives of The Crazy Horse

1. "The Crazy Horse" Phone Booth

Go to the phone booth described in the note - The Crazy Horse. The phone will be ringing and you will be able to interact with it.

2. Get in the car

The timer will start counting down so get in the car that appears next to the phone booth quickly.

3. Drive to Holbrook

You have a relatively long route to travel.

You have limited time to get to your destination. An additional difficulty will be that you cannot damage the vehicle. Any contact with another car or element of the environment will make you have to start again.
